  • How do I decide which Bridges therapist will be the best fit for me?

    Picking a therapist can be an overwhelming decision. It is often difficult to know who might be the best fit and be able to help you achieve your goals. Oftentimes, the right therapist for you is someone who you feel comfortable with and supported by.

  • How much does the initial consultation cost?

    Free! We offer the first consultation at no cost to you to determine if the therapist and you will be a good match. During the initial consultation a fee will be determined with the therapist that will become your session fee.

  • How much do sessions cost with a Bridges therapist?

    Our fee is $150 per session. We do reserve some spots for sliding scale clients. If you are interested in using the sliding scale please inquire with the therapist during the first consultation to see if this is available.

  • Do you take insurance?

    We do not bill insurance, however, we can provide monthly super bills to submit to your insurance for reimbursement.

  • What is the length and frequency of our sessions?

    Our standard session is 50 minutes and typically takes place once per week.

  • How do I find your office?

    During this global pandemic, Bridges to Healing therapist are happy to offer telehealth services via phone and video conference.   • Do you provide a Good Faith Estimate?

    A good faith estimate will be provided upon request.

  • What is your COVID-19 protocol?

    We are here for you. During these unprecedented times, we continue to offer services via video and phone telehealth, for the safety of our staff and our clients. The video telehealth platform that we use supports end-to-end encryption and all potentially identifying data is made anonymous or completely removed from logs.
